Welcome to Pilates Bodies Fitness Studio. I invite you to join me at our urban, high energy Pilates Fitness Studio and experience our innovative and diverse workouts that will challenge any BODY from a newbie to an athlete.

We strongly recommend that all new Pilates Bodies clients take Newbie classes before advancing to the next level. The instructor will gladly give you feedback on when it would be appropriate to move on to additional classes.
