The Pilates Bodies Fitness Instructor Training program is designed to develop thoughtful, creative, successful Pilates instructors.  The course curriculum covers beginner, intermediate, and advanced level movements for a variety of Pilates apparatus- Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Props & Anatomy.  Through 400 combined hours of lecture, practice, observation, and teaching, students develop a thorough understanding of anatomy; the movement foundations of the Pilates Method and their application; correct set-up and execution of exercises; appropriate sequencing; effective group teaching techniques; client safety; equipment safety and maintenance; modifications and variations for instructing a wide range of ability levels;  and guidelines for teaching older adults, pre and post-natal women, and clients with back, knee, neck, and shoulder conditions.  Upon successful completion of the program, students receive a Certificate of Completion.
